    YUMA, Ariz. – One down week dropped the Arizona Western women’s soccer team five spots in the latest NJCAA poll. AWC was 19th in the poll that was released earlier this morning.

    Tight Squeeze

    YUMA, Ariz. – The 14th ranked Arizona Western women’s soccer team played hard and controlled the ball but came away on the wrong end of the match against Paradise Valley on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Mats lost 1-0 in a game they out-possessed and out-chanced PVCC.

    One Spot Drop

    YUMA, Ariz. – Despite going 2-0 last week, the Arizona Western women’s soccer team dropped one spot in the latest NJCAA poll. The Lady Mats moved down to 14th in the poll once Laramie County vaulted back into the top five and shifted everyone down one spot.

    Puzzle Solving

    YUMA, Ariz. – Unlocking the GateWay defense proved to be a tough task for the 13th ranked Arizona Western women’s soccer team on Thursday night, but the Lady Mats figured out the puzzle in the second half in a 5-0 win. AWC scored four times after halftime to seal the match.

    YUMA, Ariz. – An outstanding season keeps on getting better for the Arizona Western women’s soccer team. The Lady Mats have won six straight and were ranked 13th in the latest NJCAA poll.
