Bryan inks with Georgia State
YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona Western Lady Matadors women's basketball player Christeina Bryan has signed a letter of intent to play at Georgia State next season.
Bryan played two seasons with the Lady Matadors, appearing in 46 career games, starting a career-high 25 as a sophomore this past season. Bryan scored 401 points in her two seasons at Arizona Western, averaging 8.7 points per game.
The forward from Saint Thomas, Jamaica averaged a career-best 10.2 points per game as a sophomore in 2021-22, averaging 5.5 rebounds per contest.
Bryan scored a career-high 19 points twice this past season, doing so for the first time in a 60-54 win over Frank Phillips on January 1 and doing so again in a 76-48 win at South Mountain on January 31.
Georgia State University is an NCAA DI institution located in Atlanta, Ga. The Panthers compete in the Sun Belt Conference.
