Lauhingoa named ACCAC DI Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week

YUMA, Ariz. – Arizona Western Matadors Volleyball sophomore Ma'o Lauhingoa earned her second ACCAC DI Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week award after helping the Matadors to a pair of wins over Southern Nevada last week.

Lauhingoa totaled 11 kills and 11 digs in the two matches last week, guiding the Matadors to two straight sets wins over the Coyotes.

The Kahuku, Hawaii native had four kills and seven digs in the first meeting of the week before flipping those numbers in the second match.

Lauhingoa was the ACCAC DI Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week in week six, helping the Matadors to a weekend sweep of Eastern Arizona.
