Juliao's career night earns Chapman Student-Athlete of the Week honor

YUMA, Ariz. – Arizona Western Lady Matadors' Volleyball sophomore Amanda Juliao earned Chapman Student-Athlete of the Week after helping to Lady Matadors to a pair of sweeps.

The outside hitter ended the week by setting a career-high with 21 kills in a 3-0 win on the road at Eastern Arizona on Friday while also set a career-high in digs with 14.

 Juliao recorded a total of 25 kills in a pair of matches while tallying 22 digs to help the Lady Matadors to back-to-back wins.

21 kills and 14 digs against Eastern Arizona were both career-highs and the double-double against Eastern Arizona was Juliao's third double-double of the season.
