YUMA, Ariz. - The Arizona Western women's soccer program will hold its end of the year signing period this Thursday, April 23rd, at 3:00 p.m. in room 106 of the MAC Building on the Arizona Western College campus. All media, administrators, faculty, students, coaches and fans are invited to attend the event. Arizona Western is sending a total of nine players to the next level, seven of which will unveil where their collegiate soccer journey will take them next. All-American Linka Ono held her signing soon after the 2025 season and made her way to LSU during the Christmas holiday break.

"This group has taken the program to two national finals and have represented all of us," Arizona Western women's soccer head coach Victor Verdugo said. "It is a bittersweet moment as they will all be missed but also highlights our college honoring our commitment to help and support them to go on to higher feats with all graduating sophomores moving forward with full scholarship opportunities in the coming fall."

The nine players along with Linka Ono going on to the University level include Yuliana Negrete Felix, Alison Peralta, Valeria Ramon, Reika Yuba, Iyan Hernandez, Kei Yoneda, Momo Chogyogi and Asa Yamazaki.
