YUMA, Ariz. – The Arizona Western Matadors Women's Soccer team jumped a spot in the latest NJCAA DI Women's Soccer rankings to No. 4 after winning its lone game last week.

The Matadors are coming off a 4-0 win over Yavapai on Saturday to remain undefeated this season and extend their lead in the ACCAC.

Yui Suetsugu scored two of the Matadors' four goals while Iyan Hernandez recorded another shutout.

Up next for the Matadors is a pair of home games this week, hosting Eastern Arizona on Tuesday, October 8.
