Arizona Western College Lady Matadors Women's Basketball freshman Dyvine Harris was named the ACCAC DI Women's Basketball Freshman of the Year after averaging 14.0 points per game and 4.1 assists.

Harris played in all 30 regular season games for the Lady Matadors, scoring in double-figures in 24 games during her first season at Arizona Western. Harris scored a season-high 25 points in a 71-58 win at Yavapai on December 8.

The guard from Lincoln, Neb., finished the season as the Lady Matadors' top three-point shooter, shooting 34.8 percent from the three-point line, going 56-for-161.

Harris becomes the second Lady Matador to win ACCAC Freshman of the Year honors in the last three seasons, joining current teammate Alliance Ndiba who won the award in 2022.
