Matadors Softball places four on All-ACCAC and All-Region teams

YUMA, Ariz. – Four Arizona Western Matadors' Softball players earned All-Region and All-ACCAC recognition following the 2025 regular season, which saw the Matadors finish third in the ACCAC and win 30 games.

Sophomore Lili Vigil German was named first team All-ACCAC and an All-Region honoree after posting a 10-7 record with a 1.62 ERA, appearing in 26 games and making 17 starts in the circle for the Matadors. Vigil German struck out 54 batters in 108.1 innings of work.

Freshman Krisilyn Corral was named an All-ACCAC Second Team honoree and was selected All-Region after playing in 48 games for the Matadors and batting .429 with 11 doubles, a triple, and two home runs while batting in 34.

Analy Trejo earned Second Team All-ACCAC recognition, batting .379 in 32 games for the Matadors. The freshman smacked four doubles, two triples, and two home runs while driving in eight runs.

Freshman outfielder Rauni Gallegos was also named Second Team All-ACCAC, batting .346 in 42 games as a freshman. Gallegos hit nine doubles and four triples while hitting a home run in a win over Central Arizona, and drove in 28 runs while stealing 22 bases.
