YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona Western Men's Soccer players Abdou Moursali and Ziad Barakat were named as members of the United Soccer Coaches Junior College Division I Men's All-West Region team. Mousali, a sophomore from Nantes, France, finished second on the Matadors in goals (7) and points (18). Moursali also finished the season with three game winning goals for Arizona Western. Barakat, a transfer sophomore hailing from Dakar, Senegal, finished his season with the Matadors with three goals and six assists for a total of 12 points and one game winning goal. Arizona Western finished the 2025 season 11-3-1 and took second place in the ACCAC standings.
