YUMA, Ariz. – Arizona Western Matadors Men's Soccer sophomore Esteban Gonzalez was named the ACCAC DI Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week after posting three shutouts in three Arizona Western wins last week.

Gonzalez started the week by making a pair of saves in a conference opening win over Eastern Arizona before recording another shutout less than 24 hours later, stopping four shots in a 1-0 win over Western Texas, scoring the game-winning goal on a penalty.

The sophomore finished the week with his fourth consecutive shutout, helping the Matadors to a 25-0 win over Community Christian to move to 2-0 in ACCAC play.
