Bio

Isaiah “Ike” Dillon joined the Arizona Western College coaching staff as an Assistant Coach prior to the 2026-27 season. Dillon came to Arizona Western after spending the previous two seasons at Lamar University where he served as a graduate assistant with the Cardinals. During his time at Lamar, Dillon was involved with opponent scouting, film, player development and on-campus recruiting. His first year on campus saw Lamar record its first
20-win season since 2018-19 and earn the No. 2 overall seed in the Southland Conference Championship Tournament where they advanced all the way to the finals for the first time since 2012. Lamar also set a school record in 2024-25 with 14 conference victories. Prior to Lamar University, Dillon spent three seasons at the University of Minnesota where he served as a student manager with the Golden Gophers. During his time with Minnesota,
he worked with NBA draftee Cam Christie (Los Angeles Clippers) and NBA free agent signees Jamison Battle (Toronto Raptors) and Dawson Garcia (Detroit Pistons). Dillon was also a part of the 2023-24 Golden Gopher squad that advanced to the second round of the postseason NIT.
