Arizona Western Matadors Men's Basketball sophomore Matija Gledic was named the Chapman Automotive Student-Athlete of the Week after scoring 28 points and grabbing 12 rebounds in two games against Cochise.

Gledic started the week by scoring eight points in grabbing five boards in a loss to Cochise on Wednesday before scoring 20 points on 6-for-9 shooting and hauling in seven rebounds against the Apaches on Thursday evening.

With the 20-point performance against Cochise, Gledic has recorded a pair of games this season scoring over 20 points.
