Bio
Jordan Bailey became a Matador in January of 2025 after working in Louisiana for 5 years. While in Louisiana, Jordan worked with local high schools and worked PRN with Grambling University, Southern University at Shreveport, and Centenary College. During the summer, she also worked with a USL2 team for 2 years functioning as their Head Athletic Trainer. 
 
Before transferring to a 4 year university, Jordan played softball for 2 years and volleyball for 1 year at a JUCO. After that, she graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training in 2019, she went back to school in 2020 to obtain a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arkansas Grantham. As a former athlete, she feels she has a good idea of the athlete mentality and getting back to their sport. In the fall of 2026, Jordan will be going back to school for a second masters in Sports Psychology. 
 
She primarily works with Volleyball, Basketball, and Baseball but helps out with all sports when needed. As of 2026, she is certified in Dry Needling as a modality. In her free time, she spends time with her 2 dogs, friends, going to pilates or the gym, crafting, or binging new shows.
